Many acres of open fields. Ball park, tables for picnics. On the Catawba river for fishing. Dogs run free, lots of room. Never crowded Full review by Robert D

Only in certain parts and from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Metal detecting is allowed in the sand at the beach area only.

We do not have walking trails at this location. The county operates a day park off hwy. 274 on west liberty hill rd called Nannies Mountain and there is a walking trail at that location.
