I've only taken route 215 so can't comment on others but that seems like the main route. It's fairly straight forward, but towards the end there's a few bits of going up staircases and I think a small section where a metal rope is provided as the rockface can be slippery. If your wife is very bad with heights then there could be a few bits where it's an issue. Otherwise it's not too bad and you should be able to help her through the dodgier parts.
