Honestly I would try to stay close to the city or close to a T station. Unless you have a car, Chelsea, Woburn & Peabody are hard to get to and you will waste too much time travelling. I think your best bet is to go for airbb and vacationrental and hope you find a good option. Also use kayak and hopper for other hotel options.
