Absolutely. We travelled under the same license. You can go whereever you want. No one will ever ask for any type of license or anything. The Art Factory was one of the highlights of our visit to Havana. We got there early and there was no line. When we left around 10pm the line was around the block.

It's possible to wait for an hour to get in, even not to enter at all if the max number of visitors is reached. Ticket price was 3 CUC in March, 2019
