I saw people with their children there but did not notice an area exclusively for children. Also not sure about WiFi.

No reservation required for 4 or less in my experience

I think you could have food outside the interior areas of the grounds if that helps. They have food available, so I don't think you could bring a lunch and eat it past the entrance.
