So worth the visit! Such a lovely place to be immersed with these butterflies. So much fun. You won't likely spend too much time in this part of the museum but it's definitely worth visiting. Full review by Shelley B

December can be a very nice month as our days turn cooler but usually behind the weather of much of the country. Typically we have highs in the mid 60's and lows in the mid 40's and on average about 6 days of rain. Snow can happen but it is extremely rare and usually will be a dusting that melts within hours of the sun coming out.
No. You have to go thru museum lobby to get there and the butterfly center is not a huge building with no exits to the outside. I can’t imagine pets being allowed
