Incline beach is private for residents only. After wasting time finding parking. I’m not sure why it doesn’t say that on trip advisors description. This should be updated. Full review by Cristina323

A perfect day! Couple hours on a great sand beach. Perfectly clear chilly water. Not a cloud in the sky. Snow on the mountains. Very relaxing. Full review by MikeKerrey

If you have a kayak you will need to get a permit because of a certain invasive water clam. There should be some instructions on the window of the entry booth.
