Unfortunately, there are not any showers at Horsehoe Bend Marina, Trail Creek, Afterbay, or any of the campgrounds in the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. Your best bets are the KOA's in Wyoming or the truck stop in Hardin if you are in Fort Smith.
