No, the Bay City State Recreation Area "Splash Park" will not be open this year.

A:
Yes there are bathrooms and picnic tables and chairs around the splash area. There is a phone charging station at one of the tables.

Can I use a hammock with tree straps to camp here?

I would have thought it inadvisable but I don't know, I never camp at the park. You should contact the rangers message them using their facebook site BayCityStatePark
