Is the all inclusive tour appropriate for children? I have an 11 and 9 year old. I don't feel comfortable letting them kayak.

Yes it is appropriate. The kayaking is in a minor river and a short distance. Calm water. No rapids at all. Kayaks are ocean so you aren't locked in. Anyone can do this. It is really a swimming hole

The Classic Tour is the best option because it includes all the activities in one half a day. Children from 6 years old and up can participate and if they weight less than 50 pounds they can go tandem with a sibling or with a tour guide. Transportation is available from San Juan with the All Inclusive Tour although there are several vacation rental homes in the area in case you want to spend more time in the mountains.
