Wow! The facility was beautiful and clean. Our tour guide, Konner, was wonderful, fun and had lots of stories to tell and share about the canyon. It was truly a memorable experience! Thank you! Full review by 903liatl

I did not feel unsafe on the stairs. They had handrails on both sides and were made of structural steel with grating for treads, They were not steep. The stairs are only used after …

Probably a lawyer thing. Liability potential. Although I don’t see how. Most tall people can bend a bit when needed. Should not be a problem.

This is a natural attraction where they have provided facilities away from the actual canyon. It’s like any short hike in a park, go before you leave the main building. If you can’t go very far without using the facilities, then it’s unfortunate. Maybe medical treatment/medication could help.
